A process vessel developed around storage, preparation or mixing duties. Vessel geometry and operating conditions are selected according to the product rheology and production requirements.
Technical characteristics and design scope
- Food-contact surface, drainability, level indication and optional inert gas blanketing.
- Atmospheric, vacuum or pressurized duty is defined during process design.
- Contact material and surface finish are selected for chemical and hygienic compatibility.
- Inlet, outlet, manway, level and instrument connections follow the approved layout.
- Where required, a jacket, insulation, agitation, temperature measurement and controlled transfer are integrated.
