Process engineering
We translate production objectives into process steps, equipment duties, operating cases and control requirements. Product properties are evaluated across the full operating range rather than at a single nominal condition.
- Process description, PFD and P&ID development
- Mass and heat-balance review
- Equipment sizing and utility definition
- Process safety and operability inputs within the agreed scope
Mechanical and manufacturing engineering
Materials, geometry, pressure and temperature, supports, nozzles, access and fabrication requirements are developed together. Applicable design codes, inspection scope and customer standards must be confirmed at project start.
- Tanks, reactors, mixers and heat-transfer equipment
- Material, thickness, nozzle and support definition
- Manufacturing drawings and quality documentation
- Workshop testing and inspection coordination
Plant layout and piping
Equipment is positioned with operation, cleaning, maintenance, lifting and future access in mind. Piping routes, drainage, utilities, supports and site interfaces are coordinated with the layout.
Electrical and automation
Instrumentation, panels, PLC, HMI or SCADA, recipes, alarms and interlocks are developed from the process sequence. Site installation and commissioning can be included according to the delivery scope.
